Orders are processed only after receiving 100% advance payment.
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are usually dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on Sundays/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: 3–8 business days (varies by location).
Metro Cities: Typically delivered within 3–5 days.
Tier 2/3 Cities & Remote Locations: May take 5–8 days due to logistics limitations.

3. Shipping Partners

Domestic orders are shipped through trusted partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Maruti, and DTDC.
International orders are shipped via FedEx.

4. Shipping Delays & Uncontrollable Factors

Delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped, even in case of delays.
Tracking details will be provided for real-time shipment updates.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

A tracking number will be shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched.
Customers may track shipments directly via the courier’s website or app.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate while placing the order.
Re-delivery charges may apply if a shipment returns due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
